RTP Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason, Rorschach Training Programs cancels a scheduled Program registered participants will receive a full refund.
If a participant cancels any time up to 31 days prior to the Program the registration fee minus an administrative fee of $135.00 will be returned to the participant.
No refunds are permitted if a participant cancels within 30 days or less prior to the Program because all the program costs such as materials, hotel fees, etc. are guaranteed at that time.
Any refund requests must be received in writing via email or letter. Refunds will be paid within 30 days following the Program.
At the end of each Program each participant is given a program evaluation form to complete. A summary of these evaluations is prepared and distributed to the RTP Directors for their consideration in planning future programs.
If a participant has a significant complaint that is brought to the attention of the presenters and/or Directors every attempt will be made to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
If the Program Administrator cannot resolve the problem, one of the directors will personally contact the participant during the program or within 30 days following the program to reach resolution.
RTP complies with ADA Guidelines and chooses meeting facilities that adhere to ADA Guidelines which are clearly stated in meeting contracts. If a participant has a physical disability that is a barrier to full participation, every effort, within the capabilities of RTP, will be made to assist the participant.
Payments and Security
RTP accepts payment for all training programs and materials for purchase via PayPal, one of the world’s leading payment processing systems. All payments are made over a secure encrypted connection so credit card numbers and private details cannot be intercepted.
