Program Description:
The Program will begin at 8:00AM Thursday, September 23 and end on Sunday, September 26 at 12:15 PM. The Reunion Program is open to all those who have participated in previous Rorschach Workshops and/or Rorschach Training Programs. It is an opportunity to participate in interpreting complicated protocols, share views with other experienced Rorschachers, and hear updates from a variety of invited speakers.
Discussion topics will include: Current Issues Regarding the Comprehensive System and Presentation of Case Protocols. Special events include a roundtable discussion of the future of the Comprehensive System and a party on Friday evening hosted by Drs Sciara and Vargo.
Faculty members are Barry Ritzler, Anthony Sciara, Anita Boss, Irving Weiner, and Chris Fowler. We welcome back Irving Weiner who will present a case on Friday morning. Irv served two terms as the President of the Society for Personality Assessment and one term as President of the International Rorschach Society. For many years Irv was a featured instructor for Rorschach Workshops and co-authored, with John Exner, the child and adolescent voloume for the Comprehensive System. A special guest speaker will be Chris Fowler who has done important research at Austin Riggs on the Suicide Constellation from the Comprehensive System. In addition to being a staff member at Austin Riggs, Chris is a member of the Society of Persoanlaity Assessment and a previous member of the Research Council for the Comprehensive System. Chris will discuss his suicide research and also present a suicide case.
